Had issue with Air conditioner fan not starting on a Sunday.  Called and spoke with Mark.  He asked questions to help verify the issue.  He gave a timeline when he would be at my house and was there promptly.  He had the issue fixed within the first five minutes of visit.  Very professional and gave lots of good tips and answers to questions.  Highly recommend service!!!

It's pretty hard to find good reliable and honest work from some companies that's only out to get all your money but I was so lucky to come across this one! So I installed my own four zone mini split system at my house back in November and it worked perfectly up until mid February. Come to find out my compressor had went out on me probably due to the fact that I forgot to install a surge protector or possibly the few small leaks in a couple lines. But overall I didn't do bad for my first time they said lol. John Berckman was the technician who came out and did the installation of the new compressor that i received from company i purchased from. He was very professional and knowledgeable about everything. Even went over the things he was doing. Overall my system is working better than ever with no leaks! I highly recommend him and this company for a job you can be sure will get done right! Thanks again!

Mark and his team are amazing!!! He responded so quickly to our emergency call and was able to put a brand new water heater in within a few hours. He is so helpful and knowledgeable and such a wonderful person! Thank you team!!

Mark & team recently installed a new heater for us and did an amazing job! Mark came over within an hour of us calling when we thought our heater was broken and checked it out. He recommended we get a new heater and thoroughly explained why and our options for prices. We have a 2 month old baby and he made sure we were getting the best system and was able to get our current heater running until we could replace it and offered to come back whenever if it stopped again! We couldn’t have asked for better customer service and felt confident we were getting the best unit! Highly recommend!

Awesome guys and amazing service! Our heater went 2 days before Thanksgiving and right before the coldest weather of the season! Mark came right out, assessed the problem, and loaned us several space heaters to get us through. They installed a brand new furnace ASAP. Work was done quickly and the price was very fair! These guys are the best!

Can't say enough about Mark from Perfect Degree. Our heater stopped working out of nowhere-- of course as the temps started to drop. We have a 6yr old in the house and it was getting VERY cold. We finally called Perfect Degree after we couldn't figure out the issue. Spoke with Mark and let him know the situation-- after hearing we had a child in the house, Mark was at our door within 2hrs. He resolved our issue in less than 20 minutes and the heat is back on. He truly is great at what he does and more than that, my girlfriend and I really appreciated the effort he made to squeeze us into his schedule on such short notice during a very busy work day/night. The guys a perfect degree are great and have been awesome. Ever since the first time I gave them a call, actually was given there number from a friend in Jersey and they have been nonstop around the clock keeping me updated on parts that we needed for my air-conditioning unit and we finally got it fixed. Always on top of things not tell me all about it’s this and then it something else I would recommend them to anyone who doesn’t want to be nickeled and dimed! Mark came to service my Air Conditioner during the heatwave in July. He serviced it in an attic that had to be well over 100 degrees. He came back 3 days in a row after long hours to make sure my 5-month-old was going to be comfortable. If that's not customer service I don’t know what is! Great job by the Perfect Degree team.
